Mission Statement
The Wilberg Memorial Public Library of Osceola is devoted to being an inclusive environment for accessing information and sharing ideas and experiences in order to enrich lives and strengthen our community.

The library connects users to over one million library items through the MORE shared system. Today registering for a library card means more than just great books. It also provides online access to databases such as EBSCO with home and car repair information or HeritageQuest featuring one of the largest collections of genealogy material in the country. Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get a library card?
Ask for a registration form at the library. It only takes a few minutes! We will need to see your identification or a piece of mail with your current Wisconsin address on it.
Can I get a library card if I live in Minnesota?
Yes. There is a yearly $25.00 fee for out of state library users.
How old do you have to be to get your own library card?
Anyone age 6 and up can have their very own library card.
How can I renew my materials?
You can log into your MORE Library account and renew your materials from your phone or computer. Or, give us a call or stop in-we’re happy to renew your materials for you. Keep in mind, not all materials are renewable.
How long can I check things out for?
Generally, books are 3 weeks, DVD’s are 1 week, magazines are 1 week, and most kits are 1 week. However, there are exceptions including: Lucky Day books-1 week and Lucky Day DVD’s-3 days. If you aren’t sure, ask a librarian!
Can I use my Osceola Public Library card at another library?
Yes! Your Osceola Public Library card is a MORE Library card and can be used at any Library in our MORE Consortium.
